In this project, Ms. Nguyen and her team partnered with DataSense to conduct and bring forth research from Bangladesh, India, and Brazil to examine how platform work often deepens precarities for marginalized workers, particularly women.
In this video, Ms. Nguyen shares her reflections on the gig economy, precarity of women platform workers, and the urgent need for inclusive reforms.

Her insights contributed to our webinar on 31 July, 2025, where our esteemed panelists shared their initiatives and perspectives on this pivotal issue of better supporting the platform workers.
